HPU PlayOffs is an opportunity to show case CrossFit affiliates, team event.
The teams will prove that they are not only fit but capable of handling the unknown 
Athletes will utilize their strength, speed and stamina the CrossFit way and apply it in a competition setting.
This time we will be at the Beach with Waka Ama.

4 Divisions –
RX
Intermediate
Masters – 40 +
Junior 18 years and under
Teams consists of 2 guys and 2 girls 

Teams are tested with a combination of gymnastics, Olympic lifting, running, rowing, rope climbing, even swimming and a vast amount of pure strength and endurance.
One thing is for sure, each Team will be thoroughly tested to be named the PlayOff Champions

Movement variations for RX & Scale
RX – C2B: Athletes must begin reps in the full hang position, Any kipping variation will be accepted and the chest must clearly touch the bar for the rep to count. 

Scale – Pull ups: Athletes must begin reps in the full hang position, any kipping variation will be accepted and chin must clearly be above the line of the bar for the rep to count.

RX
 – Double unders: Athletes must clearly loop the rope underneath the feet twice for rep to count, at the trip of the rope the count will go back to the rep before.

Scale – Double unders: scale athletes will complete DU’s, however this division will be allowed to perform DU and singles, but only the DU’s will counted as reps.

RX Olly – 50/35k Power snatch: The bar must travel in one motion into the overhead position, press outs are allowed provided the athlete completes the full movement, during T&G reps both plates must touch the floor. *The bar can only drop from below the hip failure to do so may result in a penalty.

Scale Olly – 45/30k Clean & jerk: T
he bar must travel onto the shoulders or “catch position” before being jerked into the final overhead position and full extension must be achieved. All other rules that applied for the snatch apply to C&J.

RX – 24/20′ box jumps: Athletes must complete a 2 footed jump onto the box with 2 footed landing, the whole foot must be on the box and full hip extension must be achieved while athlete is still in contact with the box.

Scale –  24/20′ Box jumps: athletes may jump or use a step up or step up variation, but full extension of the hips must still be achieved above the box, with the whole foot on the box.

Rx – Ring dips: Rings can be set to any height, Athletes must touch the head of the ring with there biceps before fully extend the elbows to complete the rep, any style kip is acceptable. No reps will be given for lack of extension and not touching the rings at the bottom of the movement.

Scale – Ring push ups: The athletes ring straps must stay under the pull up rig, Rings will be set to 12 inches inches off the floor for the Scale division, Athletes must touch the head of the ring with there biceps before fully extending the elbows to complete the rep. No reps will be given for lack of extension and not touching the rings at the bottom of the movement.
